On Time Guarantee

Britannia Building Consultants guarantees that our consultants will arrive at the appointment on time or within 10 minutes of a time they have alerted you to by calling ahead. Obviously there are many unforeseen and uncontrollable reasons for delay. If we cannot get to the appointment on time and fail to alert you or your representative in a timely manner, we will provide you with a $25 gift certificate as part of our On Time guarantee.
