Our residential inspection will cover all major components of the building including: structural, exterior and interior elements, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roof, and more.
Most multi-inspector companies use generic reporting software. Their third-party software can often contain pages and pages of information not related to your specific property. At BBC Inspections we have invested our combined years of experience to produce a report which is an easy to read narrative. Most importantly it is totally customized to your exact property with only pertinent information. We include large color photos with every report and a readable categorized summary page for critical items.
Our average inspection lasts 3 to 3.5 hours. The report is delivered electronically within 24 hours of the inspections’ completion. In exceptional circumstances where the report is needed on-site, CD’s are available. Please let office our staff know if a CD is preferred when booking so as to allow for the added time.
All of our inspectors are friendly and very well informed. We encourage our clients to be present during the home inspection as we consider this an excellent opportunity to educate and also to answer any questions. If our clients cannot be present at the time of the inspection then our inspectors are available for phone consultation after the report is received.
